Valentine's Day

I guess all singles hate V day right? I mean its sickening to see couples on the streets tog..lovey dovey..getting fanciful gifts..flowers..having romantic dinners and you look beside you.. there is no one.. eeks.. that's the feeling i had in the past..

Used to hate it cos either bf not ard or im single..haha..and when i really get to celebrate it..i just felt that its nothing special afterall.. the grass will always be greener on the other side of the fence i guess.. haha..

I guess im just older..seen more of such stuffs and find that they dont really matter much anyway..

So for my v day..simply walk ard in town..bought stuffs for each other..and have dinner at Fish & Co

Some free gift..some discount..for dunno what reason..
Had been looking for nike..adidas shoes for AGES..before CNY..until V Day..wah..my aching feet~! Who says girls are bothersome shoppers..who goes to every shop for the best shoes and yet return to the very first shop to get that pair..guys are lydat too!?!? maybe not all but just him~! From queensway to peninsula to far east to heeren and to far east and to heeren and to far east and to heeren.. not just 1 day.. its many days!! omg.. i went to each adidas or nike shop AT LEAST THREE TIMES..yet..we bought this pair of shoes from columbia..and not nike or adidas..aiyo~!?!?! But he says its comfortable and can walk miles with me..and its not as common as nike or adidas.. (seriously if u look at guys' shoes in town..50percent will be nike or adidas..) so as long as its a gd pair of shoes..i dont mind bah..hee..but Phew~ finally~!

I needed a new watch..but i tink im simply too picky or some are really too expensive..so i got this.. hee..

i made him walk miles too so i shant complain.. :)

Anyway after walking to lots of watch shops.. city chain.. fossil.. swatch.. guess.. esprit.. dkny.. finally settled for this at raffles city's esprit.. woah im was so tired..and i actually removed 4 parts of the chain.. wrist too small.. and the person took soo long~ i tink she's a newbie.. anyway think she messed up the first piece..maybe she hammered too hard..so she got me a new one as a replacement..woah..but anyway pretty satisfied with the shop assistants' service..

OUR DINNER

Special Set Dinner for V DayHad my favourite seafood platter for two..
Fish & Co gave each couple a single stalk of rose and a paper photo frame and a polaroid picture(but dunno why they din take a pic of us! Grrr..) The meal is slightly more ex but i still tink its reasonable..other places charge like mad..cai tou~ i want go shashlik to eat..maybe one day k? hee..

(actually i blogged this the day before..and guess what..you are eating at shashlik now! without me.. aiyo.. not fated.. ur dad's cute.. jio everyone for good food when ya mum isnt around.. haha i missed it this time cos im gg out.. next time den :) enjoy ur food..)

Seriously i find v day is just another day..cause for us..its just the same..we had our usual chitchat..silly jokes..silly laughters..isnt it the same as everyday? for me..it is :)

We even played with the mussels and made silly jokes bout it..Look at this..what does it look like? Well..i always felt that the shell looks like that of a cockroach..eeks..disgusting..dun like mussels..hate that taste..

Anyway im gonna post up this..haha..we both dun look good anyway..but this is oni 1 of the 2 photos we took tog..so yep..not gonna take it down..lol..
