What a bad start
Sobs.. My heels broke when I was walking to the mrt station.. Im not sad over the shoes.. Im upset by the inconvenience it caused me..Are your slippers /sandals / heels so vulnerablE? I kana such incidents ALOT of times liao!! Am i suay or what? Or footwear these days just aren't that durable anymore that's why they are getting cheaper and cheaper..
Called a cab from Clementi MRT station just to send me back to my house.. that is super silly cause it's just a 5mins walk.. and cause of this, I was not able to make it for my company transport.. and I ask the taxi driver to drive me to tuas after i change my shoes..
$20.00 just bcos of a silly shoe.. $20.00 is enough for me to buy another decent pair of shoes.. argh! And to tink that I woke up early and prepare for work and yet i took a cab.. GRRRR..
Nvm abt the embarrassment or inconvenience.. the stupid taxi driver kept lamenting to me that it is not profitable to send me to tuas.. he was the one who agreed on it and yet kept complaining that the petrol is really expensive and he doesnt earn much..
I asked him..how much is it for the petrol to go to tuas.. he said $3.00.. bloody hell.. u are earning $17 already so just shutup and drive and he keeps repeating and repeating..for the first time i totally ignored the driver..usually i will just smile if i dont wanna continue the conversation but this time, i just stare out of the window..and he goes on and on and on..he even ask me questions so that i MUST reply him..why cant he just get it? totally irritating!!

Tired
Im am sooooooooooooooooo busy for the past week. Super duper tired. Woke up at 6plus every morning. Yawns. The sky is still dark lo! I still rem the last time when i woke up this early was during sec sch. Oh man, not used to it cos i always sleep at freaking 3-4am, but for now, i sleep at 10-11pm. What a drastic change.Like this job cause it keeps me busy. I end work at 5pm, so everytime when i look at my desktop's clock, i get a shock cause time really flies and I still have work undone. Hee. It wasnt like my old company where i keep counting the number of minutes/hours to the end of the day.
Good thing is I can msn! But i really dun haf much time to do so and i reply really slowly, so forgive me peeps if i nv reply k..hehe
Last week I had to type out a fax, was handwritten by a sales executive. Ang Moh guy but he is not the typical american or european. He has got this slang which i really really cant understand. And what's worse, he writes cursively and I cant read! For goodness, if i cant read means i cant even type it out. Furthermore when i ask him about those words which are really illegible, he explains to me in this fast and funny tone which of course, i cant comprehend either. Argh..had a hard time guessing those words cause this coy is in the metals industry so alot of terms i dunno.. terrible
Still rem last time in veritas, those recep are really quite harsh and rude. Even if u are just requesting for stationery, they look at you as though u owe them $$$. But for my case, i really hope i can do that too! Haha cause ppl in the coy will pass me stuffs to do. Sometimes I tink they can do it themselves but they just ask me to do it, i dunno are they too busy or just lazy. Really hope one day i can be like those recep in my old coy, and tell them straight in the face "Can you do it yourself? Im really busy" haha.. tink that will nv happen.. geez unless im really busy till crazy den i might do that.
22/06/06 the day she left me. miss her lots. more than the past. regrets. many things really remind me of her. haiz. ppl say Im strong but perhaps they will understand why if they are in my shoes. sad but life still goes on. what matters now will be the present, not the past. fond memories will always be fond memories. treasure.

Went kbox with yf.. Sing from 2-7.. Wah, i tink this is the most torturous ktv session i ever had.. its because of the air-con.. it was so damn bloody cold.. plus i haf my jacket with me.. but still, i couldnt stand it.. its like some eski kbox.. cry.. usually i will sing till they chase me out but this time we left earlier :( Headed dwn to JP for Crystal Jade Ramen.. Its niceeee but I dun haf much appetite.. cant finish my food :(

went marina walk walk..ate pizza and pasta..heh but as usual i cant finish..Im not full but i just dont feel like eating..my jeans are loose lor..lost weight le..bought goggles..hehe..i wanna swim swim swim :) dear bought a nike soccer ball.. cheapcheap cause of GSS..

went far east with ps..victorian tops..really nice..i was so tempted to buy 2 tops and a bag from this particular shop..but that will amount to around $80! Haha..im not earning so i beta prevent myself from splurging..in the end bought one top oni..oh i got a nice pair of shoes from charles and keith..really nice shoes over there..
yf joined us for dinner..went to sanur restaurant to eat..haha..it was really funny when we were choosing what food to eat..kept crossing out food that we dowan.. the choices are really limited..we took a really really long time to finally order 3 dishes..it was so funny..geez..

I went swimming at Jurong Swimming Complex! Cause i find myself too fair. But the weather is not cooperating, by the time i reach the swimming pool, the sky is covered by dark clouds. So as usual, an unsuccessful tan. haiz. Recently a vendor which i got to know from the orchard fair commented that my complexion is too fair, ppl might think I am from china. Grrrr.
27 May - Saturday
Another attempt to get a tan. Went cycling at east coast. Hehe. It was quite fun, cycled for around 3 hours. Had cheap cheap steamboat at bugis for just $12 per person. I love crabs, kept asking dear to eye those crabs for me, heh. Found alot of really really nice food along those stretch of shophouses. Spoilt for choices.
30 May - Tuesday
Met shirlee after work. Went to this really ulu restaurant at one far end of marina sq. the food is good, i love that salmon, its so yummy! Talking about this. U still haven send me those photos! Esp the one taken in the toilet. Hehe, the perfect one, send to me if u r reading this k.. :)
1 June - Thursday
I slept at freaking 7am! Cos was helping sister to organise her stocks for the orchard fair. My fingers were all numb and black after organising. Full of sticker marks too. Tiring.
3 june - Saturday
Went to sentosa for the luge ride and the chairlift. Hehe, wanted to try it when we went to william's chalet in january but since then, just couldnt find the time for it.
Before the ride, we indulge in Anderson's Ice-cream.
Shiok cause it was such a hothot day.The tickets. It costs $8 for the luge + skyride combo.

The whole ride was fun. Some silly obstacles along the way, hehe. I dont mind going for a 2nd round but spare me from that queue. It made me sweat like a pig.

4 june - Sunday
Met yul at bugis, went shopping with her. Hee bought a nice bag. It can be a sling bag, a clutch bag or a handcarry bag. Unique. She bought a nice pinkish dolly one. We took such a long time to choose lo. Hehe. I bought those button furry earrings too - green in color. :)
Oh ya, yul and i planning to go crazy elephant on first wk of july, jill u wanna go? Let me know ok? hehz
Just that night, got a call from hospital saying tt my mum is hospitalised. In a critical condition, rushed down in the middle of the night, around 1plus. Thx dear for sending me and sis there. Anyway over this one whole week, condition has stabilised. So should be ok. Haiz
5 june - Monday
Sis and Jiefu left for China. Was left with managing her tent at orchard with her part-timers, had to settle mum's things by myself too and eventually i fell sick a few days later due to the intermittent rain showers. Haiz. 38.8 degrees celsius, with flu, cough and headache. How terrible was that and I still nid to work and handle so many things. But I'm glad its finally over.
Feel like slacking away till the end of my holidays. Heh, but dunno, maybe in a week's time I will be so bored and start job searching again. Fickle minded me. That's all for now, gonna go prepare and watch CARS. hee
