It's a Happy Day!
I finally bought something that I wanted for so long.
Others might already had their 100th pair but this is just my 1st pair. :)
What finally triggered me to buy a pair was during the ACCA Invigilator Briefing (oh, this is another story altogether, shall blog about it when the work starts). I realised my U.R.S slippers has already developed its crocodile mouth. Eeks. I seriously had to get rid of it.
Look at the condition. It has served it's time. It had to go.

Back and forth wheelock and cineleisure before I finally decided on the design I wanted. English Garden Black! Although it is not a new design but still it is the nicest among all those on display.
Actually I was more interested in the Madrid one. Like this.

Simply cause its more feminine than the others. But somehow my dear's interest in thongs made me changed my mind to this instead.
The Gizeh English Garden Black.

And I loooooooooooooove it!
I am a happy girl who is super full from a lobster ala carte buffet at honjin. Pictures will be up in the "next" entry. I seriously want to blog but just can't find time to. I really wonder why some of my friends can really blog everyday! Salute~

French Manicure @ Strip
Ps and I were at Holland V's Strip today for our manicure and pedicure.
The place and service made us felt like tai-tais. We were simply pampering ourselves.
I tried french manicure while PS went for the full pedicure.
Looking at ps's pedicurist scrubbing her feet and massaging her legs makes me yearn for pedicure as well. It must have felt super shiok.
Her pedicurist is friendly and knows how to strike a conversation with her customers. As for my manicurist, her skills ain't that good and I'm not completely pleased with my manicure but still, at least I've tried french manicure.
I wonder how long it will last.

KL Trip Day 1
Dear and I did not sleep at all to catch the early morning flight at 6:30am. It is my 2nd time on Singapore Airlines. Hee. But it was the shortest flight that I had ever taken. Less than 1 hour and have to prepare for landing.
When I board the plane, I got a shock. I saw a familiar face. It was Yolene. I took a second look, pretty confirm it is her. She look so mature with that makeup and uniform but I have to say that she was quite professional and helped me with my luggage.
I tried to catch a nap but some business woman was sleeping beside me and snoring. Oh my god, so unglam. It was a tedious journey because after we landed, we had to switch to KLIA Express to get to KL Central and change to PUTRA LRT to get to our hotel. It took around 4-5 hours before I reached my hotel which is the same time as taking a coach, minus the hassle of waiting and changing transport.

Yeah! I was so happy to know that we will be staying in 5-Stars Traders Hotel. It is really nice. However, Dear and I felt so out of place. Every resident in the hotel are businessmen in their formal shirts and pants while we are in tshirt and jeans. We felt like kids.
Our room (1513) is beautiful. :)
Beds

Couch

TV

Cupboard

Washroom

Our view of the twin towers

The twin towers

This photo is sooooooooo postcard material. Taken in our room and using my camera. Super nice..
Proceeded to KLCC for a walk. Had A&W for teabreak. Haha. I keep eating A&W when I am overseas (Bangkok, KL). The coney dog is not really nice. Hate those chopped onions.

Nothing much to see at KLCC, we wanted to go off somewhere but there was a huge jam at the LRT's gantry. There were so many people packed at the platform and in the trains. Really inefficient! Look at the number of people queueing in front of the gantry.

Stupid jam and since we have nothing better to do. We took silly pictures with the twin towers but I am only showing the decent ones. Haha.

So we just hang around and wait for dear's daddy and uncle jeffrey to bring us for dinner. Another uncle, his dad's contractor, drove us to a chinese restaurant and we had good chinese food. I dare not take any pictures of the food just in case the uncles thought I was mad. Haha.
We went to bukit bintang and sungei wang and headed back to the hotel. Damn tiring. The weather is too dry and my lips were peeling and more importantly, my whole face was peeling. Super gross. No choice but I had to buy a moisturizer to reduce the dryness.
To Be Continued..
