Thumbie + Transformers
My new thumb drive!

Photo is blur but that's not the issue. I bought this because of work. I always feel that I can just hang around with the ipod shuffle but still I needed a proper one. 2GB and it's cheap! I immediately change the cover to pink cos white is boring. :)
Transformers!

I personally find it great! Movies this summer like pirates 3, spiderman 3, shrek 3 are seriously disappointing when compared to this. A must watch! The graphics are damn nice and the jokes are damn funny la. Kept laughing. Steven Spielberg really produces great movies. Money well spent.
It's 5:22am. Suddenly I have piles of things to do and it worries me. I'm afraid that I am unable to meet deadlines. Arghh. All I want is a sense of satisfaction. Can give me?

Japanese Ice-Cream
I have this soft spot for ice-cream, especially japanese ice-cream. Yummy~
---------------
Azabu Sabo Ice Cream
http://www.azabusabo.com.sg/There is this hokkaido ice cream at marina sq which I've tried sometime ago.
Soft Ice Cream with Golden Flour

It tastes just like milkshake! Very filling. I didn't manage to finish it. I actually like the taste of the flour. Something unique, I would say.
Soft Ice-Cream with Black Sesame

I really like the way it's presented. I have no idea why jap likes black sesame with ice-cream but it does tastes GOOD~
--------------------
Ajisen
Ya ya, I know Ajisen is famous for their ramen but recently they brought in authentic Kyoto desserts to Singapore. And so, I tried this.
Macha Sundae Anmitsu

The green powdery cube is called Warabi Mochi and it was written on the menu that it takes months to produce. I thought it will taste like green tea powder but it is quite tasteless. Overall, it was quite average.
I wanna eat ice-cream NOW~~! Hungry :(

Jing-Er~
Jing-er is my jiefu's niece and she missed me soooo much that she wanted to visit me during her school holidays. She came all the way from hougang to clementi, together with her sis, grandma and grandpa.
I haven seen her for a long while because I was simply busy with everything and anything. I know it's my bad and will visit her more often.
Picture of my fave girl

She has matured alot since the last time i met her. She used to be chinese-speaking but that day she was speaking english to me for the entire day. Poor girl, must be because there was no one at home to practise english with her.
I am really amazed by her ability to learn. We were snapping pictures and just by observing how I snap a picture, she can do it too and even VIEW it! How cool is that for a 5 year old kid!
And we played UNO! I want keat to grow up asap so that I can play UNO with him too! Currently he only knows how to destroy the cards. Hee.
Jing-er and I

My Sis and her

Do they look like mother and daughter? She resembles my sis alot and is super close to her, even closer than jing-er's real mother. Hee.
Me and her again

This position is cute. :P
My sis and I

See. I told ya. Jing-er can take a photo by herself. This photo is taken by her. A 5-year old photographer. Hee. I haven taken a photo with sis for such a long time and this opportunity is given by a kid. Haha.
Do-Re-Mi

From left to right, Min-er, Keat, Jing-er. Silly keat purposely made that funny face and bin was throwing tantrums somewhere and refused to take a group photo.
For that afternoon, my house was a playground for kids. Damn lively! I like! :)

ACCA Invigilator
Work for ACCA as an invigilator for 4 days (8th June to 13th June). It is a nice experience, especially when I'm highly paid.
If I was not an invigilator, I wouldn't even know how candidates behave when they are having an exam. Some of them look really stressed up and kept frowning and fidgeting. I really wonder how do I behave during an exam.
I was actually working alone but got to know new people like Steffe and Siti on the very first day and so, it wasn't boring at all.
Everything went well for the exam days at expo however during the last day at RJC, I was suddenly given a task of being the announcer and invigilator of a classroom! I wasn't prepared for it! It felt weird and awkward to be the announcer of quite a number of rules and regulations, furthermore, the candidates were much older than me. Well, I had a small hiccup of announcing too early, I was too gan cheong la! But it was alright till the end.
I enjoyed my work as an invigilator. Hee.

KL Trip Continued..
I am a big procrastinator! I learned my lesson never to put posts as "part 1", cos i simply dun come back to them. Well, let me continue on my KL trip.
Day 2
We venture around the hotel in the afternoon. Felt like taking a dip at this skybar pool

or this jacuzzi

but we did not bring our swimming attire. Argh, what a waste. There was this gym facility in the hotel as well but we did not have our running shoes either. So unprepared. :(
Took their LRT to Midvalley Megamall.
LRT Card

Does this remind you of our old farecard that you use some years back? KL is still using it! So outdated sia. I seriously prefer to tap and go, it's so much more efficient and reduces the queue.
I really hate their trains.

So old and not well-maintained. I have to wait 10-15 mins for a train and there are no seats available so I have to keep standing. Eeeww.
The megamall is huge! We spent an hour on each storey, simply just browsing through the shops, nothing much to buy and things are expensive.
A must try in KL will be madam kwan restaurant.

We had this nasi lemak.

It might look just like any other nasi lemak in Singapore but I find it really nice, especially the rendang beef. Yum.
Mentos Chewing Gum

Since this "forbidden fruit" is banned in Singapore, we had to try it in KL. I saw Kim Gary in KL, wanted to try it but forgot all about it the next day. Haha.
Turkish Ice-Cream

$1.50 is cheap so I wanted to try it but was so afraid that he will trick me. You know such ang mohs like to trick their customers but this one doesn't. Instead, he request me to take a picture of him and his upside down ice-cream. Hehe.

Tried Dunkin Donuts

Nothing special and I don't find them very sweet. However I like the colourful donuts, makes me feel like eating them.

And this malay lady tried to get our orders by speaking malay and we don't understand. I am glad that pointing at the donuts and paying with cash is such a universal language that we can simply ignore the language barrier.
At night we meet up with the uncles and ate crab claypot rice, salted egg prawns and 4 heavenly kings. I like the salted egg prawns alot, it is really very nice! We proceeded to eat durian at some roadside stall and 1 uncle drove us around the batu caves but it was too late for us to go in so we just drove around it.. it is nice to have a tour guide sometimes.. :)
Day 3
I wanted to go up to the Twin Towers, KL tower and 1Utama. While waiting for the entrance to the Twin Towers, we ate at Chinos on the Park. An expensive restaurant but highly recommended. It's a restaurant where a lot of ang mohs frequent.
I tried mushroom cappuccino and margarita pizza. The mushroom cappuccino is really very nice but my stomach was acting up and i felt like vomiting. I only managed to finish 1 slice of margarita pizza and I couldn't take it anymore. It was a pity I forgot to take pictures of the food, the stingray taste really good too.
I went back hotel and took medicine and sleep. I woke up with high fever of 38.6 degrees!
Dear was nice and took care of me again. He bought me medicine and thermometer and ordered in house dining for us.. Their in house dining is good too.

Haiz, my day 3 was wasted just like that. I made his dad cancelled his ktv trip too! :(
Day 4
It's time to head back home. It is a super long journey and I suddenly realise that we didn't do much in KL. Argh, I also didn't know that there was a theme park at times sq. if i knew i will go and there were so many places we din visit. There was no proper planning too. Next time, I must plan my itinery everytime i go overseas otherwise i will just slack my days away.

10km Hiking Adventure
Woke up early in the morning at 7:30am for hiking at MacRitchie Reservoir. The trip was suggested by jw who seems to know the route quite well. So the 4 of us, tog with perry set off together around 8:30am.
Pink Route

The pink line is the route we took. With the grade as "Difficult" and time to walk as "4-5 hours". We actually took around 2 hours to complete the entire journey, including the walk across BKE and towards Bukit Timah. The route was uneven but other than that, it was quite ok for me, as long as i have a companion to crap along the way. Hee.
There were aplenty of joggers and hikers in the park in the early morning. I really admire those joggers who can jog on these rocky roads, especially when there are uphills and downhills. It's unstable and dangerous. Luckily it didn't rain, otherwise the possibility of having a fall is really quite high.
It is amazing how tired i get after jogging 2.4km but walking 2.4km is really just like shopping except in a humid environment.
The route

Basically we just kept walking along rows of trees, this is considered one of the better paths, some were very narrow and has holes in them. Seriously, it is better to go with a group of friends if you intend to go hiking, it is quite dangerous especially if there are rapists/molesters, this place is super easy to target. Luckily we didn't meet anything unusual along the way.
It gets tiring when I reached the 6km mark. I have mosquito bites on my legs, sand in my shoes (I get pricked with every step I take), and most importantly, the sun is making me perspire like a pig, tires me out faster.
Until we met with this little obstacle.

Haha. I thought we had lost our way but somehow we managed to get over to the other side and continued with the journey.
I really felt accomplished after the 10+ km walk and reached King Albert Park Macdonald, all the way from MacRitchie Reservoir. My legs were aching when i reached home but I'm feeling alright now.
Too bad the treetop walk is closed. It will re-open to the public on 9 June. I wanna go again! Heez

I saw a virgin on the streets
Hee. You might be wondering how will i know. That's because she simply declared it on 8 days. Abit lame to do that. I feel.
Well, she is none other than a singapore universe contestant.
JADE SEAH
She was just walking towards me in bukit timah, that 24 hours prata shop, with her nose stuck up in the air and behaves just like an ah lian. She is a pretty girl, very tall and slim. But I find her prettier on screen than in real person.
Short dinner trip to BT but an unexpected find.
