Yoga Lesson

Finally signed up for yoga at the community centre after hearing about the raves almost 3 years ago.

My damage before going for the first lesson.
- Yoga Class - $48
- Nike Yoga Mat - $34
- Nike Yoga Pants - $50
Total: $132

Expensive isn't it? I'm gonna make my money worthwhile by going for all lessons, practising at home and continue to sign up for other classes when this class ends in September.

The first lesson is good, trainer is Indian as expected. I think I still need to practise on my breathing techniques. I dunno if I am inhaling and exhaling correctly in some stretching poses.

Looking forward to the next lesson. :)
