An email response that cracks me up

A simple few sentences reservation enquiry regarding rooms availability resulted in the following email:

Dear XXX,

Thank you for your enquiries.

yada yada yada >> (The response in english is readable and easy to understand, despite some spelling/sentence structure issue)

Then the hilarious part comes..

-------
As long as the guest room still available, then we would be pleased to reserve the guest room for you.

You have don’t deposit, we trust you; you may pay when you arrival, we accept cash and credit card.

But please let us know ASAP, if you change your itinerary. Thank you.

Sorry! Our English is poor.

So, if there are too many misspell words, please don’t mind. Ha-Ha~~

By the way, can you read Chinese? would you mind if we reply in traditional (繁體) or simplified (簡體) Chinese? Because it's easier and convenient for us writing in Chinese! Ha-Ha~~ (But, you still can write in English, we can read English.) But if you can’t read Chinese, it’s okay. Ha-ha-
